My charge 2 has stopped syncing with my phone. Tried 're installing the app turning blue tooth on and off. Any advice?

@LesleyALythe, there is no factory reset for the Charge 2, but that should not be necessary to get it to sync. Have you tried opening the phone's Bluetooth settings, select the Fitbit device, tell it to Forget the device, close the phone's settings, and then re-opened the Fitbit app and tried manually syncing?
