How do i get good customer service from fitbit?

Why do people buy ionic watches with all the reported and ignored faults.

Well my wife thought she would cheer me up and this watch has wasted hours of my life and bought me nothing but problems.

1st one would not sync returned and can't prove it but looks like I have a reconditioned one and guess what?

2nd one clock face like a chequered flag and won't sync.

So why would you buy this watch, I will keep you posted, but now going down the ping-pong emails of turning it off...like I don't know.

So exercising my rights for a refund, but I did say I would be going on forums to share my story.

Pity this, its a great looking :watch:

It is easy to tell if the unit was remanufactured, by law the package will clearly be marked as remanufactured. 

 

Sounds like there may be problems with the phone settings or phone. Is your phone supported, or one of the phones that have special instructions for getting around issues.

I've had a Fitbit watch for 8 years, I know them very well indeed, I also stay with the same Samsung mobile that I'm sure you might of heard of.The problem is the Ionic if you read all the problems that others are having, not syncing, not delivering the correct statistics but by replacement watch exhibits a chequered flag face..no matter what, even when syncing.Why do Fitbit blame another product rather than accepting that there are issues with the watch itself...oh for the record my Wife has a Fitbit and guess what the ionic performs exactly the same.After 8 ping-pong emails and Fitbit saying it was out of its 45 day money back warranty....it wasn't, infact of the 35 days since the first ionic was delivered and only worn it for 12 days.Fitbit used to be very Customer Centric, is it me they are picking on or are others receiving very prompt replies admittedly, but not the really what you asked for or in my case a full refund.Brian
