How does the Summer time change work?

Does your watch have to sync to make the change from winter time to summer time and back?

Is there an option that needs to be set to enable Daylight saving?

Accepted Solutions

With one watch not linked to a phone and one watch linked, BOTH changed automatically.

Therefore syncing is not necessary to make the change for Daylight saving.

Note:

The setting in the Fitbit App has automatic time zone enabled and the watch that was not linked to a phone had this option set when it was last synced.

No Daylight saving setting was found in the Fitbit App - the phone follows network time and changes automatically.
