How long does an update take to be completed

How long does the last update take as I have been trying for the last 5 hours

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, certainly an update should not take 5 hours to get completed. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if you're referring to a Fitbit app or a Fitbit device update? If it's a firmware update, which Fitbit are you using? More information and details will be appreciated so we can move forward with this situation. 

 

In the meantime I receive your answers,  I recommend you to learn more about how to update the firmware version of your Fitbit device with the information that's specified on this help article. Also, if you're referring to the Fitbit app, please check: What's changed in the latest release of the Fitbit app?
