How to Add a New Phone

I got a new phone and I can't figure out how to get it to sync with my Fitbit Charge 3

Assuming you are replacing old phone, not wanting to sync from both:

On old phone in Fitbit app click on profile pic near top left to get to Account page, then click on Fitbit model, then click on trashcan icon near top right.

Then, just to be sure, go to bluetooth settings on old phone and check that tracker  is not still paired;  if it is still paired, unpair it.

 

Then on new phone, download the Fitbit app, log into same account/email, go to Account page (via profile pic as above), and 'Set Up a Device' to add the Fitbit to that phone.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
