Fitbit asked to connect to my contacts on my phone. I accidentally pressed enable. How can I disable this?

Let me help you disable that permission to access your contacts.

In this case you'd need to go into your phone settings and then follow these steps:

Once on the settings, look for the application settings.
There look for and tap on the Fitbit app.
Once there look for the permission settings.
Enable or Disable permissions in there as you wish.
