How do I delete/remove old unwanted notifications?

What specific notifications are you referring to? Are they notifications in your phone or in the app? 

 

It is important to note that the notifications on the Fitbit are automatically deleted after 24 hours.

In the app (as attached) Android.

 

And no, these are definitely not deleted after 24 hours, they have been visible in the app for over a week!!

 

Hence the question!

Hello @SunsetRunner.

 

Thanks for that clarifications. As I mentioned, the 24 hours is only for the notifications on the Fitbit, not on the app. 

 

As for the notifications on the app itself, they should be deleted automatically after 30 days have passed. We do have a feature suggestion about being able to delete them. Maybe you could comment and vote for it to show your support. Be sure to also read the FAQ if you have any questions on the way that board works.

I have notifications on fitbit dating back 2 years.  How do i delte them.

The notifications on my app are 2 years old and no new ones. They are not deketing after 30 days. Last one was June 18, 2018. What can i do to delete them.

You can't do anything. The best fitbit will recommend is reloading the app.

Did that no luck still notifications from 2 years on app. Not really noce that fitbit cant help.Sent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone
