I accidentally deleted mobiletrack. How can I get it back?
I have already a device so this doesn't work for me: If you already have a Fitbit account, log into the app and tap or click the Account icon (). Choose the option for setting up a new device and follow the MobileTrack instructions.
I have a Alta HR.

Hi Rich
I have the same issue..was playing around and chose "unpair" for MobileTrack. Now I can't get it back. When I follow the above described solution ( also in the fitbit guide) I just get the notification that I already have a fitbit device set up. When I then still ho ahead and pick my Alta HR again, it sets it up agzin but still no MobileTrack.
Can you please provide some more detail on how to get it back?
Ok, thanks. So that last one "MobileTrack" I do not have. @ErickFitbit what can I/ you do about that?
If your Fitbit app doesn't have mobile track, it usually means that the phone doesn't have the needed hardware for mobile track to work. Have you checked your phone in the list of devices. When a question is asked about a device, it can be helpful to include the model of the device that the question is about.
Best AnswerNot knowing how long ago "before" was, and not knowing what phone we are talking about, I can't say if you should have it. Have you checked the link I posted above?
At one time the Fitbit app, did the recording of the steps for r mobiletrack. This mode uses a lot of processing power. Fitbit now uses hardware on the phone and if the phone doesn't have the required hardware, then mobiletrack will not be available.
My first thought would be to check the list.

@NatalieDi according to the devices page, mobile track is not supported by the S6.
Apparently it does not have the required hardware, for now there isn't really much that can be done without buying a different pjone
Best Answer@dlalva1 when I go to the page for your phone, I do not see Mobile Track listed as a compatible feature.
Mobile Ruin is listed, but Mobile Track requires the phone to have a specific type of hardware and apparently your phone does not have this.
Best AnswerHello Galaxy S6, Galaxy S7(my phone) and Note 8 are listed under the supported mobiltrack devices. despite that it is not available to select under devices when you click add new device. There must be a bug, Mobiletracker is not available anymore under the add devices. please bring it back for my Galaxy S7.
Note: MobileRun is supported for Galaxy S6, Galaxy s7, Note 8 as well.
Enhance runs, walks and hikes by using the Fitbit app on your smartphone to track pace, time and distance. You can also control your music and use voice cues to stay in command.
Best AnswerHello @MrslBoa you are asking about Mobile Track and displaying the information on Mobile Run.
Mobile track is when the phone is used to track the users steps when the Fitbit tracker I'd not on the arm.
Mobile Run is when the Fitbit App is used to track a Run-Walk-Hike inplace of using the multisport mode are the auto detect in the tracker.
Your Fitbit app supports Mobile run your phone does not support mobile track. What is ot that you want the phone to do with mobile track?
For mobile run
Best AnswerUnfortunately I do not see MobileTrack either. This is everything listed. Interestingly if I am signed out of my account, click join Fitbit, the MobileTrack option is available.
