How to change my email and password?

I need to change my email and password.  I have forgotten my password and I can't change one without the other. Help!

Hi @Lou3007  you're right. Without the password you're stuck. If you haven't much history on your account, you could simply get a new email address/account and start over - this time keeping track of your passwords.

You can always ask customer support, but I'm not sure what they can offer.

Please keep in mind that to change the email address of your account, you should have access to your previous address, to confirm the change.
