How to disable chatter/greeting in 2020

It looks like at some point this was possible based on forum posts in 2017, but Fitbit took this feature out of the Android app since then. How do you disable the notifications like "take some time to appreciate those around you" and stuff like that that show up several times a day? I've got a Versa Lite running 38.71.6.19 and the app is version 3.32 (20243531), and "reminders to move" are off.

If you are referring to chatter on the tracker, Yes on the Fitbit One and I believe the Charge and Charge HR the Chatter could be disabled. I'm not sure about the Blaze. However this Chatter was only seen once after picking up the tracker from the table or where ever it was when not on the arm.
