How to download MobileTrack for LG G2

Good day, i tried to get MobileTrack for LG G2 but I'm not winning. The instruction says I go to Account and there I will be able to add MobileTrack. Nothing like that on my phone. Please assist. How to get MobileTrack on the phone so I can track activities like steps?

Welcome to he Fitbit Forums @simsot! At this time MobileTrack is not available for the LG G2. That's the reason why it does not appear in the list of devices to pair on the Fitbit app. For the latest list of devices that support the MobileTrack feature, check out this article. Fitbit frequently adds support for new devices, so if yours isn't listed check back soon. In the meantime you can still tracking your activities with MobileRun. With MobileRun you can track a GPS walk, run, or hike and see the results in your exercise history. Hello, when will you have the LG K20 PLUS compatibility ready?

It does work partly, I can "Track Exercise" => "Run" => "Start" and it does display the increasing distance, timer, pace based on the phone's GPS. But I've got a blank screen when clicking "Finish". A blank page on the "Map" tab.
