how to enter my 2 time a week session of yoga.
It's very frustrating, I can't figure it out!.

Given that Yoga generally doesn't include a lot of constant movement, it is very hard for the Fitbit to recognize it automatically. Having said that, it is possible to manually log the Yoga activities to your account.
To log the activity, please follow these steps:
1. Open the Fitbit app dashboard and tap the Exercise tile to open your exercise history. This is the tile that says "Track exercise" if you haven't worked out today.
2. Tap the stopwatch icon in the top right corner.
3. Tap Log.
4. Search for Yoga or any other activity that you performed.
5. Adjust the activity details and tap Add.
Now the activity should show up on your account.

Hiya, I actually found out how to do it. Once you have registered on your dashboard the number of excercosts to recognise, on your actual fitbit yoi press the button to move from home screen to BPM and then the 1st exercise e.g. walk. You then tap the screen of the fitbit and it moves from walk to whatever other exercises you've registered e.g. yoga, pilates, threadmit, up to about 6-7 I think. When you reach Yoga on your list, hold in the button to start recoding your session and when you're finished, hold the button again and it will say done. It records all your details such as time spent on yoga, heart rate etc. Hope this helps.
