How to fix syncing issue

I fixed mine today so excited 

Watch a video on YouTube "Fix there was a problem connecting to server. Please try again Snapchat" I  know its not Snapchat but I followed the directions and it worked for my Fitbit 

Goto settings >apps > 3 dots top right > reset apps >reset it worked immediately. I hope this helps
