Hello @Frankly2, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community. I'mn wondering what are you trying to set up on your PC, is it your tracker? I would like to know more details regarding your concern.

However if you are trying to set up your tracker on a computer, perhaps the following post will guide you through: How to set up your tracker.

Let me know if you have additional questions. I'll be around.

Hello @Frankly2, don't worry about this. It was not my intention to make you feel in that way and I just wanted to know more details about your concern.

Note that Faceapp is something that is not in control of Fitbit and we do not have information about this app. I saw this was an app for mobile devices and if you are downloading an APK file it won't work with your PC since this is a format most likely for Android devices. There are workarounds you can find in Google that explain how to run this type of file on a windows 10 computer. However there are many sites that offer APK that in occasions are malware or viruses that may harm your mobile device or your computer.

My recommendation is to look for the official site and investigate if they offer an official platform for PC, although with this type of apps is not common the use on a computer.

As an additional note, I have removed the link from your post since by the Community guidelines is  not allow to promote external sites. I appreciate your understanding on this matter.

I'm sorry if the help I offered you was limited, but for any other concern regarding your Fitbit, please let me know.
