Floors keep shows on the App

Hello,

I know it a little thing but its driving me mad!
On the App (HTC MR8s (Mini One S2) Android 4.4.2) the floor count keeps showing, even though I have removed it countless number of times. There’s seems to be no reason to when it returns.

So I remove it and later it returns!

Hey there @klrichards, it's nice to see you around the forums!  I moved your post to the Android as there are more chances for you to get an answer here to your inquiry!

I'd recommend the following steps to solve the issue with this tile:

• Log out of your Fitbit App
• Force quit the App
• Turn off the Bluetooth
• Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
• Turn on the Bluetooth
• Log back into your Fitbit App

Now try removing the tile again and then do a manually sync by touching your tracker image at the top of the screen and pulling down. 

Just in case, here are the steps to hide your Floor tile:

• Open the Fitbit app
• Tap Edit in the bottom of the app
• To hide tiles, select the "X" in the tile you would like to hide
• Tap Done

Give this a go and let me know the outcome!

Well it hasn't happened since I put up the post!!
But I've done what you said and it still hasn't come back.
So at the moment all is well

I'm a bit confused my friend... is everything running smoothly on with your Fitbit app @klrichards? This is what's making me wonder what's going on "But I've done what you said and it still hasn't come back".

  Hello,Yes my problem was that the Floor count kept showing on the App.And after following your suggestion it hasn't come back, which is good.
