How to interpret the raw sensor data of the Google Pixel Watch 2?

I want to conduct a stress study and analyze the raw data of the Pixel Watch 2. 
 
In particular, I want to read out the PPG and GSR/EDA sensor for stress detection. Unfortunately, the sensor data is cryptic to me and I can't find a way to interpret it. Also, I can't find any documentation online.
 
Below is a list of the sensor name and sample data from a sensor event for which I would like to receive instructions for interpretation:
  • AFE4500 Galvanic Skin Response
    • Example Event: [1350926.0, 1497487.0, 1633263.0, 1760731.0, 1290848.0, 863838.0, 524646.0, 233070.0, 0.0, 0.0, 0.0, 0.0, 0.0, 0.0, 0.0, 0.0]
  • AFE4500 PPG Sensor
    • Example Event: [-20515.0, -6856.0, 379245.0, 440528.0, -54054.0, -19662.0, 941196.0, 1092931.0, 8138.0, 5071.0, 646421.0, 47391.0, 0.0, 0.0, 0.0, 0.0]
  • AFE4500 ECG Sensor
    • Example Event: [-1188272.0, 0.0, 242.0, 0.0, 0.0, 0.0, 0.0, 0.0, 0.0, 0.0, 0.0, 0.0, 0.0, 0.0, 0.0, 0.0]
 
I just can't find a pattern in this data. I would appreciate your response.

I moved your post from the Charge 5 product help forum to the Android platform forum since you mention the Pixel Watch 2. The Android platform forum is where we recommend Pixel Watch users submit their questions.

That said, I'm not sure who would be the right person/group to answer your question. Is your stress study in coordination with a school/institution?

Yes, I am currently planning a stress study as part of my master's thesis at HPI at the Chair of Digital Health - Connected Healthcare of Professor Arnrich (unfortunately some parts of the website are only in German).

It seems weird to me that there is no form of documentation for these sensors and I seem not to be the only one wanting to access this data (related: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/77333403/how-to-interprete-the-data-from-pixel-watch-2-eda-senso...)

Maybe someone in the Android platform forum knows more.
