Hi @AndreanA - try syncing the watch with the app, then restart the watch by holding the watch button for 10 seconds till it blanks or vibrates and wait for the logo to appear and for it to start.
Also logout of the Fitbit App and restart the phone.
Then try again. If you have a corrupt notification it can sometimes get stuck but may eventually go, if not a factory reset may be necessary but avoid doing that for such a simple issue unless it is really annoying you.
