Hello everyone, I do have a question about this Fitbit I got. Haven't used it in a few never had the app before it worked fine, time was already set. Now it's not but I don't know what kind of Fitbit I have and I don't have the plug in for it can I buy one for it? Like just the plug in it self?

I recommend you to check our user's manual site where you can see a list of our devices and find out which one you have. You can buy a charging cable from our web store or from one of our authorized retailers.

Hi @GelatoPaqui you figure out what it was? If the time was set, it probably isn't a Fitbit. If you never set it up and/or the battery is dead, there would be no time showing on the thing.
