Hi Im not receiving any of my messages or phone calls on my fitbit charge 2. What can I do?

Are you trying to set up notifications for the first time or have you had them working ok but they've now stopped?
If they've stopped working then it might be that you have accidentally put the Charge 2 into "do not disturb" mode. This is turned on / off by pressing and holding the button on the Charge 2.
