For whatever reason Fitbit didnt sync 11000 steps yesterday. Can I manually put these in?

Seems odd that your device didn't sync your steps, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Which mobile device and Fitbit are you using? This issue only affects steps or other stats? To manually log the information that was unfortunately not synced, please check the information that's specified on our help article: How do I add, edit, or delete Fitbit data and activities?

Charge 3. First time it didn't sync but sometimes when I put in to sync it has trouble finding device but then comes through okay. It's pretty old and purchased used. Might be time to think about upgrading.

Mines hasnt synced since 23rd. Keeps saying device not found!
