Syncing errors and not updating data correctly

My fitbit alta hr is not syncing all of my data to the app, It will not show my sleep score for the day nor will it update my heart rate for the day. Also when i input that i did a workout it doesn't automatically register as a workout and my active minutes reads correctly but when i input that i did a workout i the active minutes says 10 minutes. I looked back on my activity from yesterday and I'm 100% sure that I had over 9-10 thousand steps and well over 4 miles into the app and now its reading that I only had about 7thousand steps and about 3.5 miles. What is going on!!! I had a hard enough time just getting the app to find my fitbit and them Fitbit to sync, now I'm getting mixed Information on the app or no info at all this has been happening for awhile and I'm getting annoyed. My samsung also  just did 2 updates recently.

First, I'd like to apologize for the delay in responding your post. As it turns out, in your post you mention that your device is not syncing all of your data to the Fitbit app but then you mentioned that data was synced but not accurately, therefore and to better assist you, can you please clarify the actual issue you're experiencing? Is your Alta HR syncing or not? If it's syncing, the information that's tracked with it is accurate but the one that's synced is not? More information will be appreciated.

My mile is not syncing with my Versa light.. Most frustrating as I'm working out hard and its critical for me to work out my calorie intake after all this is why my children bought the fitbit 3 for me!
