I use FitBit with Google Pixel Watch 2, to record runs.
It used to be the case that when watch ran out of battery during a run, upon charging the watch and opening the exercise widget on the watch, it said something like "activity terminated unexpectedly, progress has been saved". And the run would still be synced to my phone (and onwards to Strava).
Now I've had 2 cases when the activities (runs) are nowhere to be found - although I did sync and the steps, distance and "zone min" and other metrics are consistent with my run. So the data uploaded, but it's not put together in a run. How can I avoid this in the future? Can I recover my runs?
