Hi there,
I'll be receiving my fitbit charge 2 in the mail today and just realised that I have downloaded and tried the fitbit app last November, so there's old data on my account which I want to get rid of. I can't figure out how to reset the account though. Please help?! Thanks!!

The easiest option would be to set up a new account using a different email.
If you'd rather use the same email then you could go into your old account and change the email address freeing the original one up to create a new account.
Alternatively you can just get your old account cleared but you need to do this via customer support: contact.fitbit.com
