Thanks for your post. Unfortunately, I didn't quite understand your question about how to reset your bio information. Are you trying to add a new biography in your Fitbit account profile? If such is the case, please follow the next steps:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap the tile with your name.
  3. Tap Personal > Tap on About Me 
  4. Write a brief bio or add any other information you want to share with Fitbit users on your profile.
  5. Tap Save.
