How to get the fit bit versa heart rate to show up on phone? Can't find my work outs either on phone,app has been updated an versa is brand new 😣 phone is running on Android 8.1.1

Hi thanks for trying to help,it just seems to be really struggling to sync with my phone,this morning it's taken 2 attempts to get my sleep app to update but still no sign of my heart rate updating since yesterday 🤨

Welcome to the Forums @Charlottewood.

 

I'll be happy to help you figure out what is going on.

 

You should be able to see the HR data for the day or for activities tracked by your Fitbit. If you tap on the HR tile on the main Dashbaord you should be able to see a graph for the day. Check the picture below for reference:HRtile.PNG

 

In addition to that, to check specific activities you can tap into the exercise tile and then tap on the specific activity that you'd like to check.
