How to set my own calorie count?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My diabetic specialist has me on 1400 calories a day.

I can not find where to change it so I can get an accurate calorie intake.

Thank you for any help you can give.

Thank you,

Becky

Hi there @Grammax6, awesome to see you have joined the Fitbit Community! I was reading you need to set a personalized calorie goal of 1400 calories.

In this case, you need to use your online dashboard to set your own calorie target. For more details please refer to this post: Can I Change calorie goal? Here I explain more in detail the steps you need to follow.

Keep in mind this will be reflect in your Fitbit app. However if you create a new food plan, it will remove your personalized calorie target.

See you later and let me know if you have other questions.
