Hi @RonG4892 I moved your post to the Android app forum, a better fit for your issue. It isn't specific to your Fitbit model.

Hi @RonG4892 and @LZeeW, welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!
Let me help you adjust the stride length on your Fitbit app. Thank for the screenshot.
Are you able to tap on your current running and walking stride length to edit them? If not, force quit the app if you haven't done so. In addition, make sure you are running the latest version of the Fitbit app. For instructions see How do I use the Fitbit app? > How do I update the Fitbit app?

Thanks for answering,
Yes , I'm able to change both strides but I thought there was an auto option. the stride length aren't correct because it's stretching my distance so I rather change it to auto to reflect the real GPS's distance. But I cannot find that option.

Hello @RonG4892
The page that you shared should show the option to set Automatic stride length. Actually, the option for Automatic stride length should show on the Activity page which would be the page previous to your screenshot.
Have you already tried uninstalling, then re-installing the Fitbit app on your phone? Sometimes, doing a fresh app install fixes these kind of issues. I would also suggest restarting your phone after uninstalling the app.

Hello @RonG4892
Thanks for the update and sharing your screen shot.
When you tap on Stride length, you still see the same where it only shows manual settings for the Stride length, correct?
Since uninstalling & re-installing the app didn't fix the issue, please submit the issue using the Feedback option in the Fitbit app.
The feedback reports are received by the team for review. Although you likely won't receive a response, we've gotten confirmation that the team reads each feedback report and uses the information for issue investigation.
