Where is it? 

 

Trying to get the weather on a new clock face but it doesn't work. 

 

Where is the option in the app?

The same place in phone app where you went to get new clock face, there is an option "Apps".  Within that is the weather app.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

@GrahamWellingto thanks for the details shared about your inquiry. You can follow these steps to set up the weather app:

 

  1. In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image > Apps.
  2. Tap the gear icon next to Weather. You may need to swipe up to find the app.
  3. By default, the Weather app shows your current location, which can't be deleted. Add up to 2 additional locations you want to see in the Weather app.
  4. Sync your device with the Fitbit app.
