How to setup MobileTrack on Samsung S10

Hi all! Can anyone help on how I set up Mobile Track on my Galaxy S10? I am not seeing it as an option when setting up a new device?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the details that were shared with me. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this situation and how many times since then? When you try to setup MobileTrack it doesn't appear as an option? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the following steps:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.

I've made all of these changes and still cannot add the Mobile Track option

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting your device with me, seems odd that you're still having difficulties. To further investigate, can you please send me a screenshot of the available devices when you try to setup MobileTrack? If possible, please try with another compatible device so we can determine if this is affecting your account or your mobile device.

I am also having this issue. Mobiletrack is not available in the list of devices. on the latest app, 3.19.1 

Uninstall, reinstall did not work. 

Android version: 10
