I have an older version I would like to link and use. How can I do that?

Hi @Sh3lly83lly  which Fitbit do you have? There are system requirements for the computer, tablet or cell phone used to sync, so that information would be helpful. If your Fitbit has been sitting about with a dead battery, it's possible it's not going to revive. Do you have the original charger? It's best to charge it up before trying to connect it. Let us know.
