How does one reenable Mobilesync on their phone for situations like their main tracker having issues? I've used Mobilesync in the past, I've got friends using MobileSync successfully, I don't even see where this can be added. Can someone advise what I can do to add this feature to my account? Thanks! 🙂

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for your question. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if you're currently using a Fitbit device? In other words, is there a Fitbit paired with your Fitbit account at this moment? If the answer is yes, this is the reason why you're not able to setup the MobileTrack feature on your account, it was created for our users that don't own a Fitbit device yet but would like to use the app. For more information and details, I recommend you to check: How do I use Fitbit MobileTrack?
