My HTC u11 used to sync with the app and now will no longer even get steps let alone other notifications. When I speak to customer service they talk in riddles and don't answer my questions. It's clearly the latest update that has stopped it working. This is one of the newest phones on the market on Android so I don't understand why it won't work anymore.
Has anyone managed to fix this or get an answer from fitbit as to when it will be working again?

Hi there @Lisab86, nice to have you here in the Fitbit Community as a new member! I saw your tracker is not syncing with your HTC phone. In this case it is important to mention this phone despite is new in the market still is not listed among our Compatible Devices. Saying this, it doesn't mean it won't work, but many features may not behave as is expected or will suddenly stopped syncing.
It would not hurt to give it a try to the following suggestions: Having trouble syncing? (here's how to fix this).
To see the latest list of supported devices, please go to http://www.fitbit.com/devices. If your device isn't listed, you can check the link at a later date to see if device support has been added.

That happened to mine months ago. I have tried EVERTHING!! Unfortunately, I now have to sync up through my Kindle every night.

Can confirm, one of the ladt updates makes syncing almost impossible and it used to work perfectly fine.
