Hi I have an huwaei mate 20 pro can someone please tell me when this will be compatible with my fitbit versa. I did start getting notifications but then they stopped.

Thanks for sharing your phone's model and let me help you with your inquiry. As you may know, our team optimizes the Fitbit app to ensure its functionally with every model. While currently there aren't details when the Huawei Mate 20 Pro will be added to our official list, be sure our team keeps working hard to add more models to that list. In the meantime, let me suggest to add this idea to our Feature Suggestions board. This is the right place to make your voice heard and others can also add their vote. The more votes an idea receives, the better chance it has of getting the attention of the developers.

 

Regarding the notifications issues, if you've not done so please try the steps described in this help article which have helped other users.
