Huawei P20 Pro not syncing with Charge 3

Has any body had any issues with the p20 pro not syncing with there charge 3 also. Messages not coming through either.

It is also saying in the app notification services not available at the mome t and to restart phone. When I do this it still does not work

Thanks for letting me know about the syncing and notifications issues with your Charge 3. I've verified that your Huawei P20 Pro is a compatible device, so let's work on these issues together! About the syncing issues, do you see an error message displayed on the Fitbit app? Is the Fitbit app updated to the latest version? Also, has the Fitbit app been allowed to run on the background? If you've not done, please give a try to the steps described in this help article.

 

In regards to your other inquiry, our team is aware that some of our users are getting that error message which prevents them to receive notifications. They're currently working to bring a solution as soon as possible and in the meantime let me ask you to keep the Fitbit app up-to-date as some fixes are released through updates.
