Did anyone get Huawei P smart to work with fitbit charge 3?
Do you plan to add huawei P smart as a supported device?

It worked for the first 14 hours but now I cant get it to sync again.

Welcome to the Forums @risv.

At this moment we do not have any news or updates of when will the P Smart be added to the list.

I would like to mention that as long as it fulfills the minimum requirements, Android 4.4 and Bluetooth 4.0, there is a possibility that it can work but we cannot guarantee it. Some users of unsupported devices have mentioned that following these steps helps with the syncing.

If none of the above works, you could try to use a computer or another mobile device to try and sync your Fitbit to your account. Click here to get instructions on how to sync with other devices.

You can also support this suggestion to add the P Smart. You can vote or comment on it to show that you support it. Be sure to also read the FAQ if you have any further questions on how the board works.

Let me know if there is anything else that I can help you with.

Was really disappointed to find out that Fitbit is not compatible with Huawei P. I will now have to return the device. When will Fitbit update their software?

I apologize for the delay in my response. Hopefully you can consider Fitbit again in the future.

At this moment we do not have any details of when we can expect the phone to be added to the list. If you have the chance, be sure to support the suggestion I mentioned above about that phone.

I to recieved a Huawei P smart as a Xmas present, initially set it up and no problem for it synced gine fof 2 days then would or could not, as someone suggested I put the phone on the charge cradle, pressed the left hand fitbit side button for between 3 and 8 secs a smiley face appeared on screen rebooted itself and synced immediatley that was 4 days ago no problem since.

What I can't seem to do is set my fitbit to receive notifications from my phone, even just a call alert would be fine,  I follow the instructions but when I go to the dashboard in the app on the phone, and select notifications I do not see the options for notifications, calendar, text messages, caller etc, is this because the phone is not compatible?

Sorry I am answering myself, but wanted to get the message across.

I am now getting my notifications on my Charge 3 fitbit device from my Huawei P Smart, and it is syncing perfectly, the sync gas not fallen out since I used the reboot method described in the previous post, and I have got the notifications on the phone by accidently finding another notifications selection by accident, go into What looks liks a credit card on the fit bit app (located next to the battery symbol) > on devices press the Charge 3 where it sats Battery full>  in General tgere is a Notifications - Select your notifications options,

Good luck it workrd for me.

Thank you, it was my wife's Charge 3 that stopped working and all those nice people at Fitbit would say is you should have checked if the phone was compatible before purchasing a Fitbit smart watch, the thing is though we both had Huawei P Smart phones which worked well with the Fitbit, her phone was stolen and we replaced it with the '19 version that was OK for 6 months or so then kept failing to sync, that was not taken into consideration by the Fitbit representative I discussed it with, all he would say is the phone is not compatible and not that the watch could be malfunctioning, even though it is still under warrenty, my charge 3 is working very well with my Hauwei P Smart. Sent from my Galaxy
