Hi, 

After updating the latest version (Android 8.0, official OTA update), my fitbit charge 2 won't sync with phone.. 

Any helps? 

I have tried unpaired and paired again.

Hello @joeyjoewee, welcome to the Fitbit Community, I was reading after the version update of Android 8 your Charge 2 is not syncing, even when you already tried to unpair and pair your tracker again.

 

My apologies for the late response and I'm wondering how it goes, is the issue still persisting?
