Hi @Maraleigh, welcome to the Fitbit Community, nice to have new members. I was reading your tracker stop syncing with your phone. The part that concerns me is that the lats sync was 24th of last month.

Have you reviewed if your tracker is paired to your account? This is easy to tell if your Dashboard is not showing tiles or your tracker is not in the settings of the app. If this is the case, just go back ans pair your tracker back to your Fitbit account.

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account iconUser-added image
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

If I'm wrong with the previous suggestions, then is just matter to troubleshoot the syncing issues with your phone. For this purpose, this article will give you an extra help: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Hope this get you back on track. Catch you later!
