I understand that the Huawei P30 is not on the list of approved devices. Is it going to change any time soon? I have A Versa lite and afterwards changed my phone. But am now in a good mind of getting rid of my fitbit due to the connectivity issues

Thanks for letting me know that your Versa Lite isn't connecting correctly, and let's work on this together. Before anything else let me clarify that your Huawei P30 is part of our compatible devices list and it should work to sync your watch. Since that's not happening, may I know the error message displayed when trying to sync? Also, have you checked if the Fitbit app is allowed to run in the background?
