I have gone to Samsung to check all my settings on my Samsung 7 and everything is good but my Versa 2 is not receiving messages. My settings on versa 2 is all day sync. Messages are checked off in email and push notifications. It was working 2 weeka ago and now nothing.

I appreciate you for the troubleshooting steps tried on your Versa 2, let me help you to get your notifications working. If the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version, give a try to the following steps:
Make sure to turn on the Notifications on your watch. This can be done by swiping down m the top of the screen, tap the quick settings icon and turn Off Do Not Disturb and Sleep Mode settings. Also, verify if the Fitbit app has been allowed to run on the background.
