Previous phone Huawei p10 lite running Nougat absolutely no issues whatsoever. Now upgraded to Huawei mate 10 pro and no longer getting notifications on Oreo. Any help on this much appreciated 🙄

My Ionic does not even sync with the Mate 10 Pro. The only answer from Fitbit was, that the latest highend phone from the world's #2 Android device manufacturers is not compatible with Fitbi's latest "highend" watch. I will sell the Ionic and never think back, nor spent just a buck again on Fitbit's trash!

Thanks for that I had an  idea that was the issue after much searching and messing with the watch. Decision made the Blaze has to go hoping that if I buy a Huawei watch it at least works with the phone... Won't be entertaining fitbit again 🙄

I have a Huawei Mate 10, which I think except for the screen and RAM is exactly as Pro. I have had loads of problems with it in the Ionic context (amazing phone otherwise) in the course of last 2-3 months, syncing issues exactly as described in the forum. I did an update to Fitbit app version 2.63 (dated December 15, 2016) 3 days ago, and I need to report that so far all problems have disappeared. Everything gets beautifully synced and notifications work almost 100% - few minor delays only. My Fitbit app is set to be always on in Android system app battery settings - not sure if that matters, I had it always like that.

I should say that despite this positive experience with the app update, I still see mate 10 off the compatible device list... Anyways, let's see if my experience will continue to be positive...

I have finally given up with trying to get the Blaze to work on my Mate 10 pro. I have given my partner the P10 Lite and she has bought a Blaze, it syncs perfectly with the old phone and receives all the notifications. I've moved on to the Huawei Smart watch 2 and this works brilliantly with the pro. The Blaze is just not compatible with the Mate 10 pro at all.

This really sucks! My Alta HR is completely out of use when I switched from iPhone to Huawi Mate 10 PRO and from now on my trust and excitement for Fitbit as a company is totally gone!

My trust completely gone too... I loved the fitbit but love the Huawei smart watch 2 even better... Fitbit need to take note of all theses listings about their products not working... Or maybe they just don't care 🙄

Having the same problem. Got Huawei pro 10 mate last November Fitbit worked fine. About 4 weeks ago came up with your sync has been scheduled. Contacted Fitbit oh we don't have that phone on our systems. I thought but it had been working. So did all the troubleshooting an then it work after about an 1 HR. Got up this morning same thing. Have done all troubleshooting and nothing this time. Contact Fitbit not there problem and you will just have to live with it until Fitbit get the phone on there system. Never be back to Fitbit. Going to sell mine and go for a Huawei one. DONT USE FITBIT.

I have the flex 2 and it's not doing half the things it should with my mate 10 pro. I've looked at the Huawei band 2 Pro to replace it. What's it like?
