i have rexerece my Fitbit versa today and managed to get it set up and synced with my messages and stuff but 2 hours later it won't sync is there something that I can do to sort this?

Let me help you get your Versa to sync to your phone once again.

 

In this case I'd like to recommend that you try to follow the steps listed in this help article. Going through all of them should definitely help in getting it to sync to your P20.
