Fitbit charge 2 won't synce with Huawei p20 pro.

Unfortunately the P20 and P20 Pro are not on fitbit's list of supported devices at www.fitbit.com/devices

 

This could mean that they have been tested and shown not to fully work or it could just mean that they have not been tested yet. However, in the following thread is seems that many people are having problems with them so it may be that you won't be able to fix this

Have you tried the usual fixes for syncing problems? (restart phone, restart fitbit several times, forget fitbit is phone's bluetooth settings...)
