I have been a fitbit user/wearer for many many years. My charge 5 is fairly new. I NEVER had this low readiness score in any of my previous fitbit models. And repeatedly since I got it! However, I believe this is Fitbit software related!
For me, once I get this ridiculous 1 or 2 readiness score, I restart the device. (this is what support told me to do) sometimes that works but 9x out of 10, I get that dang low readiness 2 or 3 or 4 days in a row. Then suddenly, I get a normal good score and that lasts for a couple of weeks then we start the process again with the low readiness score. I am sick of it!
It's a fitbit software issue! Fix it! There cannot be this many people with a ridiculously low readiness score for it to be a wearer issue!
