When I try to login in, I get an error message that says I have an invalid email or password. I know they are both correct. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Best AnswerMy thought would be to go to your profile and check your email address. Then check your password manager for your Fitbit password and copy paste it.
Or type the password in a location where you can see each character then copy and paste.
