I can't see apps on watch anymore

Hi everyone,

I have a versa 2 watch. Earlier this year it changed somehow. I only see the home screen and a phone pad on my watch. That's it! Poof gone!

 

I have tried everything I can. Restarting app, Googled this countless times, can't get a human being to ask, deleted and reinstalled app and more.

 

Could this happen because of some updating app? What happened? Help! Thank you!

Hi @Mypickles - do you have a device lock pin code set for your watch in the Fitbit App by any chance? Can you post a photo of what you call the home screen?

You can always chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.
