I can't send friend request, neither can i  cheer or comment on anything

Thanks for the explanation. Do you receive an error message? Are the comment and cheer option greyed out or nothing happens when you tap on them? Make sure that your Fitbit App is up to date. If you recently created the account, make sure you have verified it by clicking on the link in the email address sent to you.
