Servers...why they can't be more honest and say so instead of telling people to uninstall the app, reboot everything etc etc

Hi @Fountain.K @AwfullyO, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit devices are not syncing. I totally understand how you guys feel about this. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

As my friend @Rich_Laue, asked, please let us know if you guys get any error message when your devices try to sync your data. Also. let us know what is the model of your Fitbit devices.

 

In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.
