I can't sync my tracker - Android App

If you are having problems syncing your Fitbit tracker with your Android Fitbit app, do the following:

 

1. Check that your app is up to date. Detailed information here: https://goo.gl/nPd1ru
2. Check that Bluetooth is currently enabled on your Android device and within the Fitbit App Devices settings.
3. Restart your tracker by following the instructions here: https://goo.gl/4PGHVW
4. Restart your mobile device
5. Attempt a force sync. Upper corner left > Devices > Your tracker's name > Sync Now.
6. If all the previous steps have not fixed the issue, please set up your tracker as a new device. Check the steps here: https://goo.gl/juDVAw
