I can't use a Google account with a Gabb phone

i have a gabb phone and it wont let me have a google account and i don't know what to do

Hi @jimmybobjr    Please jump to the Gabb Admin answer in this Gabb Discussions site.  All new Fitbit users need to sign in with a Google account and there is no workaround.

Can you get a refund?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @jimmybobjr. I'm sorry to hear that your Gabb phone won't let you have a Google account. I'll be happy to assist.

Gabb phones, designed for kids, generally don't allow downloading apps from the Google Play Store.
