Hi,
I've just update the app to v 2.92.
I'm facing two problems.
The first one (most important) the app disconnect from Charge 2 when goes in background. The option "always connected" is switched on.
Second I cannot remove synchronization service from notification bar.
Previous version worked well .
Someone can help me ?
Thanks in advance.
Sorry for my bad English!

Last night my phone automatically updated to this new app version. I can't remove the Fitbit sync service notification either, and it keeps saying null or unavailable. Previous version was just fine!
Maybe I'm in the wrong thread since I don't want anything to do with the testing of new versions.
Thanks!

Nice to see you here into the Forums @Ric67. @Ckrhodes21 let me give you a warm Welcome to our Community.
The notification "Open Fitbit to keep your data synchronized" after closing out of the Fitbit app is expected behavior. The Fitbit app needs to run in the background in order to enable features like all-day sync and notifications.
We truly appreciate your comments, your feedback has been passed it on to the team in charge.
Thank you for your understanding. If you have any further questions, please let me know.

Thank you for the welcome and reply. The problem is that it's saying "null" or "unavailable". I used to click "sync" and it would go away and not come back. The newest update changed something and it won't go away from my notification area now.

Thank you for getting back and for share this details @Ckrhodes21.
I would like to know what phone are you using to try to synchronize your tracker? And maybe you can sent me some screenshots.
In the meantime, I recommend you to restart your phone.
Looking forward to your new comments. Have a nice weekend!
